PATRICK TOBIN
DIRECTOR
Patrick has 20 years of experience in development management, project management and construction management. He has enormous range of project experience within Australia, Europe, North America and Asia. Over the last 12 years, Patrick has maintained a focus on representing developers in the delivery of projects from feasibility, planning approvals, sales and marketing strategy, finance procurement and design and construction procurement. Patrick brings to the company extensive knowledge and experience in both residential projects and commercial projects such as office buildings, hotels and resorts.
SHENER DURSUN
DIRECTOR
Over the past 20 years, Shener has achieved senior development management experience with budgets up to $2.5B as well as global project and construction mangement experience including Sydney Airport, major CBD commercial, residential, public sector and infrastructure projects with budgets up to $175M. His experience includes key roles at Meriton, Lend Lease, as well as Dyldam, successfully delivering multiple, complex, safety- critical, and politically sensitive projects on-time and within budget using his design management, contract management, problem-sloving and construction supervision skills. Strong connections with all relevant government authorities including essential services allows faster approvals and saves costs that may otherwise incur during development phase.
ALLEN DING
DIRECTOR
Allen has many years of experience working with both private and public sector clients in the formation and delivery of complex property projects. He has led a number of major residential projects from inception and feasibility through design, development, sales, finance and construction. Before starting his own business, Allen worked for the Department of Treasury and Finance (Victoria) as a project manager for many years. He has successfully completed many government projects such as new police stations and state schools. Allen is a member of the Australian Property Institute.

DIRECTOR
With a background in construction management, Abbie brings to the company honed skills in budgeting, strategic planning and risk management to property development ensuring sound project management and high quality outcomes. Abbie is key to our day-to-day business and financial acumen as well as managing some of our medium townhouse and apartment projects.
